Ingredients:
Sleep: CBD, valerian, chamomile & lemon balm
Hormone: Motherwort, valerian, lemon balm & tulsi basil
Allergy: Nettles, osha, CBD, chamomile, goldenrod
Respiratory: Sweet Cicely, tulsi basil, honey, osha, mullein, yarrow
Suggested use:
Shake well before using. Each dose is 1-2 dropper(s) full.
Sleep: Take one dose 2 hours before bed, then another dose 1 hour before bed, and finally one more dose at bedtime.
Hormone: Take one dose 2-4 times a day, as needed.
Allergy: Take one dose 3-4 times a day, as needed.
Respiratory: Take one dose 3-4 times a day, as needed.

Store in a cool, dry place.
